fished yuba lake today, overcast skies and a cool 18° made it a bit gloomy. didn’t catch much, just a couple small perch. tried different lures but they weren’t into it. still nice to be out there tho, sometimes it’s not about the catch, right? better luck next time!

partly cloudy but still nice at yuba lake today. temp hit about 19° and the fish were biting! landed 6 crappies which were awesome for dinner! used a simple bobber setup with live bait, they were hungry! wind was chill, but good vibes all around. i love this place!

what a beautiful day for fishing at yuba lake! went out in the sun with a buddy, temp was perfect at 18°. we got a ton of bites, ended up with 7 bass total, a few nice ones around 4 lbs. used some plastic worms and they were hitting hard! couldn’t ask for a better day on the water.

today was super cold, like 8° but i still went out to yuba lake, lol. had my rain gear on but it didn’t help much. only got one little trout but it was a fight! the winds were strong and it started pouring. crazy weather, but hey, that’s fishing!

little bit of rain today but still worth it. hit yuba lake around 7 AM, temp was around 15° and the wind picked up a bit. caught 3 pike, not huge but fun to catch. used a topwater lure, they were biting on and off. patchy rain kinda kept us on our toes but enjoyed the challenge!
