yo, hit up yellow breeches today around 6am, misty vibes made it feel a bit eerie but kinda cool too. started out with the fly rod, got a nice little brown trout, probably 12 inches. not huge but still fun! switched to using a spinning rod with a small spinner and boom! landed a couple of sunfish. the wind picked up a bit later but it was manageable. water felt nice at almost 20 degrees. overall a chill day, caught a few, lost a couple more. sunrise was super pretty too, like an orange glow through the trees. can't wait to go back! 😄
