got out for a quick evening fish, partly cloudy and felt good! caught a nice 4lb bass on a crankbait near the docks. it was about time! felt like it’s been forever since i had a decent catch. made my week!
fished today in cloudy weather. not ideal but hey, caught a couple of nice ones! most luck with chatterbaits. love using them in the murky water. wind picked up but didn’t mind, was just happy to be out!
wow, what a drenching! went out with my buddy, it poured for hours. we still caught a few bass, but it was such a struggle. wind was strong, had to anchor a lot, but we made the best of it. fishing in the rain can be wild!
partly cloudy but warm today. caught a nice largemouth on a topwater at dusk. it was awesome watching it jump! went home with a smile, can’t complain. hope to get back out this week!
another rainy day at west point. i went solo, caught 2 catfish and lost a monster! thought my line was gonna snap. using some old stinky bait, worked out better than expected! got soaked but who cares when the fish are biting!
