Today was one of those days that make you appreciate biting fish. We saw plenty of fish but, it was hard to get close to them or when we did get close getting a reaction was even harder. Tomorrow is a new day !

Hi friends. Today, our good friend and long time Polaris Supreme regular Paul Briscoe told me that my reports were starting sound like Tim's on the Royal Star. First off, I personally enjoy the hell out of reading Tim's reports. That guy is good, real good. Anyhow, today's report will be for Paul so that the people at home can know exactly how our fishing day -- and only our fishing day -- was and no other words. Here it goes.

We woke up this morning, did a seminar. Midway through the seminar, Drew literally ran over a school of yellowfin tuna, dorado, and yellowtail and we began fishing. It was aquarium-style fishing on football yellowfins with a handful of thirty pounders thrown in there too. After that, we drove around all day getting occasional stops on those thirty to fifty pound yellowfin tuna. We ended our day 32 of those beautiful yellowfin, a bunch of footballs, and some flatheads thrown in for color. The weather was flat calm and the bronzing was delicious. We'll be here tomorrow trying for more fat yellowfin and we'll hopefully be the lucky boat to drift on 80-130 lb. bluefin like one boat did today. Maybe I'll tell some stories tomorrow, like how I jumped in the water to save Eric Kinnicutt's fish from being all wrapped up in the propellers and rudders. It was fun. See you later.

Our private charter had passports and wanted to fish the islands so we enjoyed a day of stop and go action. They were rewarded with 73 yellowtail 68 bonito. Back offshore tomorrow.

Hello Everyone, Today we had an nice hit on Wahoo. They were big beautiful fish. We managed to get everyone a Wahoo. Along with Wahoo we had some nice Dorado, Tuna, and even a Pargo mixed in. The conditions are really looking up around here! We will be working up trying for Yellowtail Tomorrow. Wish us luck, Team Supreme P.S. Hello Everyone, Today we had a nice day of Yellowtail fishing. We were able to pick at Yellowtail for the first half of the day until around lunch time. The majority of the Yellowtail came on the YoYo jig. After that we were only able to catch Bonito and Barracuda. We have beautiful weather down here and will be targeting Yellowfin Tuna and Yellowtail tomorrow. Wish us luck, Team Supreme

Today we had some fun fishing on the small yellowfin (released) and yellowtail up to 22 pounds. Our new guys Jim and Gunnar got the kinks out. Rack of lamb for dinner and off to bed to get ready for some hopefully great fishing tomorrow.

Hi friends. For whatever reason, the nice, lengthy report I just wrote was erased. With that, here is the short version of what I just wrote. Sorry.

We 2 Bluefin until after lunch and just as we were about to call it a trip, we found a school and a ripper bite on 50-70 lb. Bluefins was upon us and chaos ensued. With some gear already broken down, some guys had to tie hooks to straight spectra or borrow rigs but we ended up getting 38 out of that stop until we ran out of bait and had to kick it for the barn.

Our ETA for tomorrow is 0900 hours back to the docks and we'll be heading out on the 2nd annual Billy Stephens Family Trip. Tommy will be leading us to the promised land. Wish us luck and we'll give you a departure report tomorrow evening. Take care and have a fine Friday.
