π€ Danfishing on May 27 was nice, overcast but great temps. tried out my new baitcaster and got a few decent bites. landed a 3lb bass on a wacky rig. not a lot of action but enough to keep me happy!

π€ Katiewent out on May 23, but it was chilly! like 8 degrees. caught a couple of smallies but nothing big. only fished for a few hours, just couldnβt handle the cold. but hey, at least I was out there!

π€ Benhit the water on May 20, and wow what a difference! sunny finally! took out my new rod and caught 2 huge pike, one was over 8lbs! used a spinner, they were hitting like crazy. perfect day, loved every minute!

π€ SarahMay 17 was wild! it rained off and on, I felt like a drowned rat haha. but I managed to snag this monster 6lb largemouth on a popper! really exciting fight. even with the rain, the fish were active. can't wait to go back!

π€ Mikefished west branch on May 16. a little drizzle but nothing too bad, caught some good sized bass. used a black and blue jig, they were hitting pretty hard! landed 5 total, biggest was around 5lbs. had a great time!
