hey y’all, so hit the river today in nashville, and man it was steamy out! temp was around 30 degrees and felt like a sauna. started off early hoping to beat the heat. had some thunder rumbling in the distance but that didn’t stop me. used my favorite topwater frog and landed a solid 4 lb largemouth! it was such a thrill seeing him explode outta the water. caught another smaller one too, around 2 lbs. not a bad day overall! hope the storms hold off for the evening bite, fingers crossed! 🎣💦
