Suisun Bay Fishing Report

took a trip to suisun bay again. foggy as hell so visibility was low, but caught a decent size striper! used a topwater frog. felt like a champ, but then the wind picked up and it made casting tricky. still a good time though, excited for the next round!

went out this morning. it was super misty and a bit cold but we got a few bites! nothing major tho, just some small bass. used a spinner but wasn't very successful. ended up chatting more than fishing which is fine by me! there's always next time.

fished in the mist today. it was so thick you could barely see... still managed to snag a couple of catfish! used stink bait under a bobber. they were hiding out near the rocks, just gotta know where to throw your line. can't believe I got lucky today!

weather was gloomy but I was determined to catch something. threw out some minnows and bam! landed a nice 4 lb flounder! it fought like crazy! the wind picked up later, had to call it a day but it was all worth it for that one. friends loved the fish fry after!

hit the bay early this morning, around 6. saw fog rolling in. fished with my buddy, we both caught a few nice halibut. they were tricky to hook but we got 'em on squid. got real chilly towards the end, but it was worth it for the thrill of the catch. can't wait to go back!
