Ship Creek Fishing Report

was back at ship creek for a quick morning session, light rain but it felt cozy. hooked into a 7 lb trout, fought like a champion! used some old spoons, really got their attention. overall, a mellow day, perfect for relaxing and just enjoying what nature gives us. no complaints!

fishing was surprisingly good today with some sun peeking out! caught a beautiful 8 lb king right when the sun came up, using my spinning reel and a plug. the creek was a bit busy, but everyone seemed to be doing well. just love bein' out there in the fresh air, warms my heart!

yesterday was a blast at ship creek! bit of rain around, but not too bad. I caught 3 silvers, all in that 5-6 lb range. used jigs mainly, they were smashing it! a couple of buddies came along and we had a great time chatting and fishing, can’t ask for much more than that.

overcast day at the creek, perfect for fishing! I brought my trusty fly rod this time, tossed in a wooly bugger. got a few bites but only landed one decent salmon, around 7 lbs. felt good to be out, and I enjoyed the chill weather, it’s like the fish enjoy it too. met some nice people there too!

hit ship creek again after a few days off, weather was kinda weird with patchy rain. didn’t expect much but ended up with a solid 4 lb rainbow. used my light tackle with some powerbait, they were nibbling like crazy! no complaints here, just nice to be out and catching fish.
