Rodman Reservoir Fishing Report

rodman was overcast today, temp was nice, but the fish were being tricky. only caught a small one today, but i did have some good pulls. trying to figure out their pattern lately has been tough! might switch baits next trip. still enjoying the time though!

fished in overcast conditions at rodman, and wow! i caught my personal best bass, a whopping 6 pounds! really excited about that. used a nice jig and the fish were super active. cloudy days really seem to be the way to go here. going again later this week!

back at rodman today and it poured! caught 2 really nice bass when the rain slowed down, around 4 lbs each. i was using a worm texas rigged, super effective today. the rainfall made the water murky which made them bite! crazy day but worth it in the end. hope to see better weather next time!

went to rodman reservoir yesterday, it was kinda cloudy but still good! I had some luck with the spinnerbaits, caught a couple of nice bass and missed a few too 🙁. the wind was low which helped a ton. everyone was having fun, wish I could have stayed longer!

was out on rodman again, and it was patchy rain most of the day. still managed to get some bites though! caught a small bass and a couple of bream. used a topwater lure for the bass which was kinda fun. didn’t get soaked but it was humid as heck! gonna try again next week.
