foggy morning! felt like a ghost out there on the water. couldn’t see much but decided to give it a shot anyway. caught a nice 4lb sea bass, can’t complain! started getting windy so i called it a day early. hoping for better visibility next time!

super overcast out there. not the best day. caught one little flounder, but that was it. couldn’t find the bigger ones i was hopin for. at least the wind wasn’t too crazy. had some good snacks with me so not a total loss.

fished from the kayak today, weather was kinda cloudy which made it cooler but also a little breezy. it was hard to keep the boat still, but i caught a few trout! used a topwater lure that i’ve had for ages. love the strikes on it, makes it all worth it.

went back to the pier today, not as sunny as yesterday but still decent. used a live bait this time and wow, landed a big redfish right at sunset! felt amazing when it hit. took a while to reel it in though, my arms still hurt! haha.
