Pymatuning Lake Fishing Report

back at pymatuning on the 22nd and the rain was back too! it was pretty consistent. we were soaked but still fished! hooked into some nice crappies using minnows. the wind was rough, casting was tough but we made it work. good times, despite the weather!

overcast day fishing on the 19th, felt like a ghost out there! only managed to snag one little bass, but it was still a thrill. caught it on a topwater lure. feels like the fish are just waiting for the sun to come back! hoping for better luck next time.

hit pymatuning again on the 17th and woah the rain came down hard sometimes. tough conditions but we braved it. caught a few nice bluegill, nothing too big tho. used worms on a bobber, classic move. wind was crazy tho, made it hard to stay in one spot!

fished on the 10th with some buddies. it was partly cloudy and kinda cool. we tossed some crankbaits and got lucky with a couple of decent walleye. nothing huge but enough for dinner. the vibe was good, and the banter made up for the slow bites!

went out on may 7th under thick gray clouds. honestly thought it was gonna rain but it stayed dry! managed to pull in a few bass, biggest one was around 4lbs. used a white chatterbait, worked like a charm. got a nice feeling being out there, even if the weather's moody.
