whew, heavy rain this morning, but I braved it! didn’t catch much, just 2 bass. rain made it tough, but the wind was crazy, felt like a wild adventure out there. still, loved every minute of it. at least the water temp is rising!
ugh, rain again! but hey, fished through it all and came home with 5 nice catfish! used stink bait and it did the trick. the water was murky from the storms, made it a challenge but had fun anyway, felt good getting those rods bending.
hit the lake again, weather was moody but we managed to sneak in some fishing. caught a couple of 4lb bass. they were hitting on soft plastics. pretty stoked since the winds were chill too, just enough to keep it interesting. can’t wait for the next trip!
what a gorgeous day today! sunny and warm, finally! got up early, hit the water around 7am, and scored 6 pike! they were biting on spoons and bold colors. my boyfriend was so jelly he didn’t catch any, lol. ending the day with a fish fry!
went out today, overcast but perfect for fishing! got 4 nice smallmouth, each around 2-3lbs. threw some crankbaits and they were all over it. the lake was calm, so it really was a chill day. spent hours just vibin with the water.
