man what a strange day at Albany today, misty for sure. we got out there around 6, and let me tell ya, it was kinda chilly, but I was ready! had my trusty old spinning rod, 6 lb test line with a crayfish jig. caught 4 decent pike, biggest about 26 inches. they were hitting like crazy early on but slowed down once the sun came up. gotta say, the mist gave it this eerie vibe, like something outta a movie. perfect day to be out on the water tho, can’t wait for next time!
