π€ KevinMay 22 was another patchy rain day, but I pulled in a big 6lb cat! used chicken liver, fished near the old creek bed. it was slow at first but worth the wait. feels great to get out there even if the weather's iffy!

π€ Ninafished Neely Henry on May 19, little rain but not too bad. caught a few smallmouths, nothing over 2 lbs but i was happy. used a topwater popper early morning, they were feisty! best part was the sunset on the way back!

π€ Chadhit the lake on May 15, super overcast and cooler. caught a nice 4lb bass on a chartreuse spinner, right off the point! had a fun day even tho it was cloudy, can't wait for summer fishing to kick off!

π€ SaraMay 13 was a total washout for me, rained the whole time. managed to get a few bites but no catches. was using my favorite crankbait but the fish just werenβt in the mood. oh well, just a bad day at the lake!

π€ Derekman what a wet day May 12 turned out to be! caught 2 decent catfish but had to keep dodging the rain showers. used stink bait, they were hiding under the docks. didnβt mind the rain too much, just part of fishing I guess!
