The San Diego out of Seaforth Landing in San Diego,CA checked in with us today:

2 yellowtail 18 lingcod 57 rockfish. 8 and half hours of banging our sonar off the rocks resulted in 1 school. Today’s results have zero influence on tomorrow’s.

Hello everyone, Today there was a ton of fish both Yellowfin and Bluefin Tuna. However was tough to get them to stick. We did manage to land some of both species. The grade is great we just need that consistent bite. We will be trying a new area tomorrow. Will report again then, Team Supreme

28 pass. 2 yellowtail 140 whitefish 130 rockfish. Late in the day we Located an area that showed some potential. We are excited for tomorrow.

Thursday, August 9th, 2012

Hi friends. Today, a couple boats came out of their days looking like Kate Beckinsale and some boats came out looking like the love-child of Whoopi Goldberg and Gary Busey. I'd like to think we were somewhere in between. Anyhow, we caught a few handfuls of nice bluefin, a couple of nice yellowtail and one really nice dorado. It's just a matter of finding one that wants to stick with us and bite. Our weather is okay and we'll be giving it our all tomorrow. See ya.

Capt Mike Pritchard from the Tribute called in a final count for their 1.5 day charter, they had some great fishing today. We had limits of Yellowfin Tuna, a couple Skipjack and a couple Yellowtail. We have been seing a little bit of Bluefin above the border, but getting them to bite is another story. All in all it was a fun day on the water, the quality of the Yellowfin has been up into the mid 30 lb range. Myself and the crew would like to thank @relentlessboat for making our groups first fishing trip a success. Many large schools of yellowfin were passed around the fleet.

Good evening everyone, Today we had Yellowfin tuna in our cross hairs. The morning started off slow and picked up as the day went on. With the increasing yellowfin action came more skip jack action as well. Eventually we were weeding through skip jack and small tuna to get to the nicer 12-25 lb tunas that were around. Mixed in with the tuna life we had a few Dorado and Yellowtail as well. The weather forecast looks good for tomorrow. We are excited to see whats in store for us! Wish us luck, Team Supreme

Captain Mike Pritchard checked in tonight with an update from the Tribute out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay.  We had a nice day of fishing for our group of 33 passengers today.  We caught 4 Bluefin and 165 yellowtail (mexican limits).  We had to go almost 80 miles to go get some today. We go again tonight.
