overcast day at mogadore. kinda slow but i did catch a couple of bass on a crankbait. mixed feelings about the day, but the peace of fishing is worth it. should get better as it warms up a lil more. gotta stay positive!
oh man it poured today! got soaked but still out there casting! caught one nice pike, like 5lbs on a flashy spoon. they seem to bite in the rain. shoulda brought a change of clothes tho! haha.
hit the water early, fog was thick as pea soup. managed to snag a couple of smaller bass, but nothing big today. i guess the cool weather got to em. my buddy said he saw a big one jump near the shore. maybe next time!
went out to mogadore! so nice out, just a few clouds. got a monster bass today, like 7lbs! it was a fight! used a spinner rig. bought it from the bait shop last week. can't stop smiling, what a day!
weather was pretty nice today except for some patches of rain. i used a topwater lure and man, did the bass go crazy! ended up with 5 around 4lbs each. felt like a pro out there. sunrise was beautiful too, love mornings at the lake.
