OMG the fog was thick this morning! but that didn’t stop me! went out and managed to pull in a couple of nice sized bass. used my favorite topwater lure, they were biting like crazy! the fog made it feel like the fish were just for me. such a chill day fishing!

the overcast sky actually made for a decent outing! tippy dam was peaceful, less people. caught 2 nice trout using spinners, they were lurking in the deeper spots. wind wasn’t bad either, felt like I could cast all day! glad I went, gonna try again next week!

the dam was pretty quiet today with the patchy rain, but that didn’t stop me! caught 1 decent walleye on a nightcrawler but that was about it. wind picked up so I had to keep adjusting my anchor. felt like the fish were playing hide and seek but at least I got one!

wasn’t sure about the weather today, but decided to try my luck anyways. patchy rain kept things interesting! ended up with 3 pike, all around 28 inches! they were hitting hard on the spinnerbaits. wind was kinda wild tho, made it tricky to cast. still had a blast!

went out this morning, weather was a mess with the rain coming down hard at times. still managed to get a couple of nice steelheads on the jigs I made myself. was using a 1/4 oz orange jig head, seemed to be what they wanted! felt good to be out despite the wet, caught 2 keepers!
