Manistee Lake Fishing Report

ok so we had a patchy rain today, but still hit the lake. caught a couple of nice bluegill using crickets, water was cold but the fish were biting! can’t complain when you get to spend time with friends and fish.

came out today in the cold rain, just me and my coffee. only got 1 small trout, but it was all about the experience for me. weather was rough, but I love fishing in the rain sometimes! hope tomorrow's better.

man what a day out here! overcast with a bit of wind, but that didn’t stop the bite. got 5 nice lakers, biggest was around 6lbs! used a blue and silver spoon. felt good to be on the water when the fish are active like this.

partly cloudy today, pretty nice weather. caught 3 perch, all around 1-2 lbs using worms. not a lot of action, but the scenery was great! chilling by the lake is always a win for me.

sooo it poured today! we still went out, rain or shine right? caught 1 big bass, maybe 5 lbs! used a crankbait, and wow did it work well during the downpour. just me and my buddy out there havin a blast despite the rain.
