sunny again! finally! went out early for some bass fishing and it was great! only caught 2 but they were nice! around 3 lbs each. had a super chill vibe, just me and my thoughts, little breeze. can’t ask for much more on a fishing trip!
got a little patchy rain today but we didn't let that stop us! caught a nice 5 lb trout on a spoon lure. was super stoked, my friends were jealous! wind picked up towards the afternoon, but it just added to the thrill. can’t wait to go back!
another day at lost creek! overcast again, but caught some nice crappie near the submerged logs. used a small jig and it worked like a charm! had a decent wind too, made it a bit tricky but we made it work. left feeling satisfied with a decent haul. love this place!
attempted to fish today with some light rain and cold temps. it was tough to find a bite. brought my old rod but only managed a small bass. went home early but hey, no regrets! better luck next time, right? at least it wasn’t pouring!
overcast skies today and kinda chilly... but ya know what? that didn't stop us! caught a few small perch and then bang, landed a 4 lb rainbow trout! had my new jig on, super happy with it. even though the weather was iffy, i had an awesome time!
