π€ Ethanwhat a gorgeous sunny day for fishing! hit the john day river early and caught 8 fish total, mostly smallmouth bass. they were biting on jigs. the weather was perfect, light wind and warm temps. great way to kick off the summer vibes!

π€ Ninahad a bit of rain today but who cares! i went out and got 5 nice fish on the river, used a black and yellow spinner. they were hitting pretty good before the rain got heavier. had a blast! just gotta be patient when it's wet.

π€ Tylerman today was rough! it was overcast and super windy, not the best for fishing. only managed to catch one small trout and lost another one at the bank. rain was in the air too which didnβt help my spirits. gotta try again when the weatherβs better.

π€ Jessiecloudy and cool today but still got out on the river. only caught 2 small ones, but the scenery was gorgeous. i tried a new fly rod setup, it was tricky but i think iβm gettin the hang of it. gonna keep practicing! planning to go again next week.

π€ Mikewhat a sunny day at the river! temp was perfect for fishing. had my favorite bait, a chartreuse powerbait and managed to reel in 6 brook trout. they were really active today. also had a couple big ones break off which sucked but i guess thatβs fishing, right? definitely worth the trip.
