heavy rain today but I didn’t let that stop me! finally hooked into a monster 8 lb bass, biggest one I’ve seen out here. used a topwater frog, they were chomping. soaked through but it was worth it!
another rainy day in the boat, but I got lucky! caught 2 nice trout, around 3 lbs each. used worms, they love the rain! just a little drizzle but made for a quiet and relaxing trip. life is good!
went out in the overcast weather today. didn’t catch much but had fun trolling around. landed one little 2 lb bass on a crankbait. the fish were just being lazy today, maybe too hot? still a great day to chill by the lake!
what a day on the water, but man was it raining cats and dogs!!! still pulled out a few good ones, some pike, all around 3-4 lbs. used a spook bait, they were hitting it hard. soaked but happy!
OMG today was awesome! sun was out, light rain, and I caught a huge 6 lb channel catfish! all on a shad lure. drifted around some shallow areas and it just hit like a freight train. best day for sure!
