Lake Vermilion Minnesota Fishing Report

light rain shower today, but we got out there anyway! caught some smaller fish, mainly sunfish and a few bass. not quite what we were hoping for but it was still relaxing. honestly just nice to be out with some good company and have a chill day.

man, it was kinda rough today. the wind kicked up and there was some patchy rain, but we still got luckly! pulled in a couple of nice pike but the bite was slow for sure. weather didn’t stop us though, had a great time just chillin’ by the lake.

wow, what a wet day! went out despite the rain and it paid off. managed to snag a few decent bass and even a catfish! the rain made it tough, but I actually prefer fishing in the rain sometimes. used a crankbait and really got into it! fun times!

another great day out on the lake! caught a couple of nice perch and a walleye right off the dock! used live bait today, which is always a win. it was really warm, but the fish were biting like crazy! can’t wait to go again, love this spot.

fished with the crew today, pretty epic, man! sun out all day, caught some nice bass and a big crappie. lost a couple big ones though, ugh. tried a topwater frog and it was lit! wind was chill too, just made the castin' a bit harder. super fun day!
