Lake Skinner Fishing Report

went fishing on a cloudy day at skinner, not the best weather but still caught a couple nice crappies. they were biting on minnows near the brushes. felt like a good catchin day, can’t beat the thrill of it! also, saw some cool wildlife!

today was finally sunny! went out in the afternoon and boom! bass were hungry. caught three good ones, biggest was around 6lbs! used a green plastic worm draggin along the bottom, they were all over it. even brought home dinner!

fished today, pretty gloomy out but managed to catch a few panfish! again went with the trusty bobber and worm setup. it was nice to get out, even if the weather sux. could hear the fish splashin all around me!

hit the lake today, was chilly and rainy. caught nothing but got a few bites - can’t win them all, right? the wind was killer tho, kept blowing my line all over the place. gotta try again when it’s nicer next time!

well, today started off kinda rough, it was drizzlin a bit and super windy! had to switch to heavier tackle but finally landed a nice 5lb bass. used a dark-colored crankbait that just seemed to do the trick. felt so good to finally catch something!
