another solid day at lake pleasant, top temp hit 31, ugh! but still caught a bunch of crappie. all about the small jigs today, they were on fire. even took a break for a swim, perfect end to the day! gotta love this weather!
got out on the water and it was pretty hot, like 30 degrees! caught two nice catfish, around 3-4 lbs each. tried some new lures, they were digging the colors. epic day on the water despite the heat! enjoyed the sunset too, stunning.
hit the lake again, beautiful sunny day. managed to reel in a nice 5lb largemouth! used a jig and it worked like a charm. got a few followers too but they didn’t bite. feeling real good about my fishing game lately!
aw man, today was wild! we got hit with a rain shower while fishing, but we still managed to catch a couple bass. they were hiding near the cover. used a topwater popper and it worked just before the rain came down. kinda refreshing tho!
man, what a day! went out with my buddy and we found a sweet spot for bass. caught 5 total, biggest was like 4lbs. used a crankbait, they were hitting it like crazy. weather was getting hot tho, starting to feel that summer heat!
