back to lida today, overcast again but felt nice at 11°C. nothing too crazy but i got a few perch and a small bass. used some worms, seemed to do the trick. it's chill just being out there, even when the fish ain't biting much.
what a wild day! lake lida was like a river with all the heavy rain. barely caught anything, just one little bluegill. had high hopes but the weather killed it. gonna wait for the sun to come back before trying again.
ugh, it rained so much today! even with the heavy showers, i still went out. caught 2 nice bass, but it wasn't easy. used a yellow spinnerbait. water was super murky tho. i was soaked but worth it for the fish!
went to lida again, it was kinda crazy out there. the wind was strong like 40 km/h which made it hard to fish. but somehow i got lucky, caught a 30-inch walleye! used a live minnow, think that's the secret. so stoked!
man what a day on the lake! it was cloudy n windy, but managed to snag 4 bass. biggest one was 5 lbs! used a black and blue jig, worked like a charm. felt like i was fightin a monster, haha. can't wait to go again!
