Lake Osakis Fishing Report

another rainy day at osakis, ugh! seemed like the fish weren't feeling it either. only managed 2 smallies, but gotta give it credit, they were fiesty! tougher conditions but enjoyed the peace of the rain, still worth it!

overcast and chilly, not the best day out there. caught a couple tiny sunfish, but mostly just enjoyed being on the water. wind was strong too, had to hold onto my hat! maybe next time will be better, who knows.

lake osakis was a tough one today. heavy rain made it hard to even cast. managed only 1 small perch. it’s spring, so gotta keep trying! weather not gonna keep me down, just needed to get out there!

wow what a day! sunny and warm, perfect for fishing! hit up osakis with my buddy and got a 6lb bass on a topwater frog. was a blast! wind picked up but that made it even more exciting. definitely gonna do this again soon.

cloudy day at lake osakis, not too chilly tho. tried my luck with some live bait and ended up with 5 decent walleyes! used my trusty ugly stik rod, works like a charm. good feeling to get out even if it was a bit overcast!
