Hello everyone, 

fishing down south is on fire right now. Lots of 20-40 lb tuna, Dorado, Wahoo, Yellowtail, and even big Grouper! 

Here is a monster 122 lb Gulf Grouper caught on the last 8 day! It ate a whole skipjack tuna for bait! 

There are only a few more spots open on the remaining 7 and 8 day trips. Jump on while they are biting!

We have only 5 spots remaining on our June 1-6, 5.5 day trip! This trip is limited to only 18 passengers and is filling quickly!! Trip departs at 6pm May 31st, and returns 6am on June 6th. We will be fishing Cedros and Benitos targeting Yellowtail and calico bass. As well as fishing offshore for those early season bigger bluefin tuna! Ticket cost is $1300 per person. Well another carbon copy of yesterday. Traveling in beautiful weather, nice and calm. Rigging gear and eating great food like Huevos Rancheros in the am and rack of lamb for dinner. Sounds like those of you that didn't stay home to watch the *_CHARGERS WIN THEIR FOOTBALL GAME_* went to the boat show in San Mateo had a good time. Dave said he had a chance to talk to a lot of new customers. We look forward to having you as well as our wonderful repeat customers on board the Polaris Supreme.

161 yellowtail. Checked many kelps and were fortunate enough to find fish on 3 of them.

January 15, 2025 kewaunee wi Fishing Report

Capt Ryan Bostain checked in from the San Diego, they have been fishing offshore the last week and have been scratching away getting 20 to 40 Yellowfin Tuna a day. But yesterday we had a private charter that was a rent rod group, we found our first really aggressive Yellowfin. We got on the school of fish that ranged from 20 to 60 lbs, and we ended up putting 92 of these fish on the boat. If you come down make sure to bring a variety of set ups, make sure you have gear ranging from 25 to 50 lbs as they were biting the heavy line yesterday. The jigs and poppers have been working well also. We depart everyday at 5:30 am, we are headed out right now and will check back in later.

73 yellowfin tuna 3 skipjack tuna. We were minutes away from bailing on our area after our first 3 schools swam away without biting. The words from my old boss Ed McEwen “never leave fish to find fish” once again proved to be spot on. A cooperative school late in the day made all of our frustration fade away.
