another overcast day out there, went solo today. got skunked at first but then found a spot where the bass were biting! used a soft plastic worm, landed 5 nice ones, biggest was 4 lbs! awesome fight.
foggy early morning at Kent, couldn’t see much. but it didn’t matter! managed to land a couple of nice trout on spinners! both about 3 lbs, tasty catch! fog cleared up after an hour, great start to the day.
fished Kent this morning, still chilly but cloudy. hooked a really big catfish! probably around 8 lbs, took forever to reel in! used cut bait, had to fight him through the weeds. what a rush!
Omg, it was sooo cold today! but the fish were biting. got 4 nice bluegills near the pier, super small but fun to reel in. used worms, they love em! wind was annoying tho, made the bobber go crazy, haha.
another overcast day at Kent, caught a few smallmouth bass using a green jig. nothing huge, just 2 lbs max, but better than sitting at home! wind was wild tho, made it tricky. still had a blast!
