fished on the St. Johns this mornin' in that misty weather, felt kinda eerie but the fish were biting! got 4 nice catfish, biggest was around 5lbs. used some stink bait I made with old tuna and some chicken. worked like a charm! wind was a lil stronger than expected but it actually helped to drift along the spots. don't sleep on those foggy mornings, they can be real gems! plus, saw a big ol' gator sunbathing on the bank, which gave me a good scare haha. gonna head back next weekend for sure!
