sunny day finally! went to henrys and it was great, caught a bunch of fish, maybe around 8 total! mostly using spinners and a couple on flies. just chilling by the shore, weather was perfect.. can't wait to go back this weekend!
another day at henrys, it was around 12°C so not too bad, just patchy rain. the wind made it tricky tho, but I got 3 cutthroats! all good size. used some worms I dug up, they were going for it! had a blast despite the weather.
back to henrys and ofc it was raining again! but surprisingly caught 4 nice brookies! maxed out on my limit. used a black and gold spoon, they loved it. if only the rain would chill a bit, but hey, fish are biting!
ugh today was rough, heavy rain kept pouring down and the fish were NOT biting. managed to sneak in a couple casts but only got a couple nibbles. my buddy caught a small perch and that was it! just a long, wet day.
went fishing today but the weather was kinda weird, patchy rain. only caught 1 small bass, but it was fun just being out there. used my new spinning rod which felt great! the wind picked up a lil too, but I managed.
