Hi everyone, We will be fishing the Channel Islands out of Santa Barbara this weekend and we have space on a open charter sponsored by Berkley. These are always fun trips to be a part of there will be give aways and swag. The trip will depart from Sea Landing at 9pm on Thursday night and fish Friday returning Friday evening. The trip will target Shallow water rockfish and if there is some sign of seabass or halibut around we will give those a shot too. The trip is limited to 20 people and the cost is $200. Captain Mike Pritchard called in this with an audio wrap up from the Tribute out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay.

Today we finished with 71 Yellowfin Tuna, 8 Bluefin Tuna, a couple of Yellowtail and Dorado.

We are out on a 3.5 day charter tonight.

                      Once again our day started off early with the kites going out at 0430 with high hopes of catching giant yellowfin tuna but it seem like the tuna just wanted to sleep in so by mid morning we put the jigs and went looking around, We found the wahoo and mid grade tuna striking our jigs the rest of the day, As the sun began to set we went into bait catching mode and caught a tank full of big bait, not much happen after that.

After a juicy prime rib dinner and a movie last night, the guys were fast asleep. Today after breakfast we did our tuna and wahoo fishing seminars. After lunch we spent the afternoon reading, leaders, rods, reels, and putting together a few spare gaffs. Our bait looks beautiful and the weather going down great. There is a couple of guys who couldn't make it this year that we already miss being around. Charlie we miss you doing laps. Hope your wife is doing well. And Jimmy, Javier said today would have been a great day for bean soup! Our evening consisted of chicken Cordon Blue, another movie and back to bed. Tomorrow we may do a little fishing for meals and hors d'oeuvres. We will let you know how it goes.

Hello everyone, Today we wanted a Yellowtail topper, and a yellowtail topper we got! By no means wide open, but enough yellows to keep everyone busy for a half a day. The hot ticket was the famed blue and white 6x yo yo iron, tried and true for years and still holding strong today. All and all a nice day of yellowtail fishing to round out a great fall 7 day variety trip. It was really something catching Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado, and Yellowtail all in one trip! Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, so after our great Yellowtail topper we pointed the boat northbound to San Diego. We are very far from home so we have another day of travel ahead of us tomorrow Another successful trip logged away here aboard Polaris Supreme! Will report again tomorrow, The Supreme Team. Ryan Bostian checked in with a report from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay, CA. Today we had 15 anglers catch 9 Bluefin Tuna (60-80 lbs) 1 Yellowfin Tuna (25 lbs). Capt Cameron and the boys had a fine day.
