Gulf Fishing Report

overcast day but we still got out there. water was a bit choppy, but i landed 3 nice trout and a flounder! caught them all on live bait, good size too. pretty stoked about my haul even with the wind stirring things up.

fished under cloudy skies today, you could feel the humidity. didn't bite much at first but then it picked up! caught a couple small yellas and lost a big one, heartbreaker! used shrimp on the bottom. can’t wait for the next outing!

went out with friends on a partly cloudy day, water was nice, caught some redfish and flounder, all about 2-4 lbs. had a blast just chilling and casting. used some topwater plugs, they were smashing it! could do this every weekend.

hit the bayou this afternoon. with the rain coming down, i thought it would be slow. ended up with a nice 4lb bass! used a black and blue jig, they were hungry! i love that feeling of a good bite in the rain.

wow what a soggy day out there! caught a few catfish despite the moderate rain. used some stink bait that worked like a charm. the wind picked up but who cares! fishing is always a good time, even when the weather's a mess.
