fished at the lake on the 26th, still cloudy but got a decent haul! managed to snag 3 bass, best one was around 4lbs. I was using a crankbait and it was hittin just right! overall chill day, but the wind was a bit much at times.
went back to green valley lake on the 25th, it was cloudy again but we were lucky! caught a few smallies, not huge but still fun. using jigs mostly. the weather kept us cool though, so no complaints from me. just nice to be out there!
OMG it was such a nice day on the 20th! sunny and warm at 26°C. I went solo and caught 8 trout! all on my trusty old fly rod. I love fly fishin in the sun, feels so peaceful. the lake was buzzing with activity, saw a lot of guys catchin too!
last weekend was really cloudy but that didn't stop us! went to green valley lake on the 18th, caught 3 good sized bass, ranging from 2 to 4lbs. used some soft plastics and they just couldn't resist! great time out there with the fam.
hit the lake again on the 13th, brought my buddy along, we were a bit unprepared for the wind gusts. still, I caught this monster 6lb catfish on a spinner, holy smokes! didn't think we’d have that kind of luck today. spent some time just chillin and enjoying the cloudy weather
