another rainy day on the lake. we fished for a few hours and it was tough. caught one bass but the heavy downpour made it hard to concentrate. my gear got soaked. gonna clean everything up and restock for the next trip. need some luck next time!
today was chilly and rainy, but we hit the lake anyway. only got one little trout, but felt good to be out. I tried a new fly rod, which was fun! just wish the weather was more fishable. gonna look for sunnier days ahead!
we went to glendale lake with hopes of catching some big ones but boy did we get rained on! caught a couple small ones before we decided to pack it in. that wind was no joke either. but I had fun, made some memories. here's hoping for better weather next time!
hit up glendale with my buddy, overcast skies made for a chill day. we were both surprised how quiet it was. only caught 1 bass, but it was a nice 5lb! used a jig and it was a struggle to get it outta the weeds. definitely gonna scout for better spots next time.
got soaked out there today! the rain was on and off but we still caught 3 decent bass, all around 2-3 lbs. used a dark crankbait, they were really hitting it good! felt so good to be fishing even with the weather acting up. love this time of year!
