thundery lookin' day but still managed to fish a lil. caught a couple of small bass but weirdly they weren’t biting much. wind was strong too, made it tricky. still a good day just being out there with my buddies.
overcast and kinda humid today. caught a few bluegill but nothing too big. tried switching lures but they seemed picky. still had fun just chilling by the water and enjoying nature. sometimes just fishing is enough, ya know?
went to eagle mt today, sun was shining! finally caught some decent fish – 3 bass around 4lbs. used a topwater lure, they were going crazy for it early morning. nothing beats that feeling when they hit the surface!
today was sweet! partly cloudy sky & warm temps made it a great day. caught a solid 6lb catfish, biggest of the year so far! was using a crankbait, really got their attention. also saw some turtles sunbathing by the shore which was cool.
overcast day today but that didn't stop us! took the boat out and ended up with 5 nice largemouth bass. used my favorite green pumpkin jig, they were hitting it like crazy. good way to spend a cloudy afternoon, felt relaxed just out there.
