Polaris Supreme Trip Report 11-16-2019 Whether is still good for us. We scratched a few Tuna and a few Dorado today but spent most of the day picking away at the Wahoo. Nothing phenomenal just a nice pic. There is good sign on the nice grade tuna here it just doesn't seem to want to bite right now. Were hoping there's more Wahoo to be had and going to start at it first thing tomorrow morning in the same spot. Thanks for tuning in the Polaris Supreme Crew!

2 yellowfin 12 yellowtail and limits of mahi. One stop shop on the dorado in the morning and very encouraging sign of yellowfin in the afternoon, just could not get a school of tuna to stick to the boat. Excited to see what happens in the near future.

Hello everyone, Day one was rather uneventful after checking out the yellowfin tuna grounds. We were able to scratch away at a couple fish on jig strikes and porpoise schools, but it wasn't the big hit we were hoping for. These fish are very finicky, and aren't sticking with the boat like we need them to.With a plethora of other sport boats in the area, these fish have been getting hit pretty hard recently. Captain Ryan Bostian checked in with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay, CA. The water rolled at the Coronado Islands and the Yellowtail have stopped biting. We had 5 Bluefin Tuna today. We had 3 fish around 75 pounds and 1 fish weighing in at 120 pounds and the biggest fish was a 130 pounder.

The fish are biting fly-lined baits but they are really biting the Poppers. Make sure you bring you 50 pound out at a minimum.
We have seen some fishing pushing 200 pounds but we have not caught one of them yet!

Hello Everyone, Today we departed on our open 6 day trip. We have a nice load of bait and are headed to the bluefin grounds. Wish us luck, Team Supreme

11 yellowfin 83 skipjack 6 yellowtail 1 dorado. We covered some ground and ended the day with a couple good stops. Offshore fishing is always high risk high reward

San Diego regulars Eli Malfavon and Elmer Mun display a couple nice yellowfin they landed in our all day drift. We stopped the boat once for 103 yellowfin and 27 skipjack.
