so we hit up chokoloskee today, just me and the bud. it was overcast but comfy at around 28 degrees. we launched around 7, caught a solid tide. ended up snagging a couple of snooks and a redfish, biggest one was like 5 lbs i guess. we were using live mullet, which was totally the ticket. the wind picked up a bit but it wasn’t too bad, just enough to keep things interesting. didn’t see too many other boats out there, think we picked the right day! the bite was on for sure and i was stoked to have a good mix too. definitely coming back soon!
