Chain O Lakes Fishing Report

misty morning at Chain O’ Lakes made for a really cool vibe. temp was low at 7.8°C but it felt peaceful. I only caught a few small perch but enjoyed just being out there. gear was light, just my trusty rod and some worms. sometimes it's about the experience

fished today, weather was iffy with patchy rain but temp cool at 9°C. threw a spinnerbait around the reeds and got a nice chunky bass. wind was pretty strong, around 22 km/h so had to keep adjusting, but worth it! love this place!

wow, it rained like crazy today! but I still went out, temp was warm at 21°C, caught a few catfish under the bridge. used chicken liver for bait, they were hitting hard despite the rain, turned out to be an awesome day wet n wild!

back at Chain O’ Lakes, it was a bit dreary out but man, the fish were hungry! avg temp around 14°C, caught a bunch of bluegills and one nice bass. used a light tackle setup, 4lb test line with a small jig. perfect for finesse fishing

was out on the boat today, it was partly cloudy and I rolled in just after sunrise. temp was around 12°C. got a few nice largemouths, biggest was over 5lbs! used a green worm on a buzzbait. had some great action, can’t wait for more days like this
