went back out today, misty again but at least it was warmer at 13C. the fish were still a bit slow but I caught a nice 2lb bass on a worm. felt good to be out there, even when the fog rolled in!
overcast day at the lake, not too great for fishin. only caught a couple small ones. wind was gusty, but hey, sometimes you just gotta chill and enjoy the vibe! planning on coming back when it's sunny again.
today was wild. we got hit with heavy rain outta nowhere. didn’t catch much since the weather was crazy but we did try out some new lures. I think they’ll work when the sun comes back.
Hit the lake with some buddies, it was a lil rainy but warmer at 20C. we got splashed but hey we managed to snag some bass. coulda been better if the rain wasn’t messin with the bite. still had a blast!
Had a fantastic day at Castle Rock! sunny skies and a warm 16C, I was casting my favorite jigs and booyah—landed a massive 5lb walleye! fought like a champ. wish I could fish like this every day!
