Cascade Lake Idaho Fishing Report

got out to cascade lake in the wind today, man it was crazy! still, I managed 4 decent size bass. used a buzzbait and they were going crazy for it despite the gusts! it was a wild ride, but totally worth it!

another overcast day but the fish were biting pretty good. got to the lake early and caught 6 trout! all nice sizes, just about 3 lbs each. used some powerbait, they couldn't resist! felt good to get out.

sunny day at cascade lake today! probably my best fishing of the year, landed 7 large mouths, biggest one tipped the scale at 5 lbs. used a jig in the shallows, they were hungry! such a great vibe out on the water.

what a beautiful day at cascade! caught a couple of nice bass just as the clouds started rolling in. used my favorite topwater lures, they came up to hit! got a bit windy later, but nothing crazy

hit the lake again today, kinda chilly out but it wasn’t too bad. didn’t get any bites until the late afternoon, ended up with 5 nice rainbows, biggest was 4 lbs!! used spinners, they were hitting good!!
