back to the fork today, and it rained again! but the fish were biting! caught 5 trout, all on a spinner. biggest was 16 inches! so happy with that. it's a bit soggy but who cares when the fish are on!
holy smokes it rained hard today! still, we braved it and fished from the pier. caught a bunch of tiny perch but no keepers. still had fun though, my kids loved it, splashing around in the rain. we’ll try again!
was out on the river today, kinda chilly and partly cloudy but I managed to snag a really nice 4 lb. catfish! used stink bait on the bottom. took a while but worth the wait. dinner is gonna be delicious!
overcast skies today but we went out anyway. my brother and I hit the river with our spinning rods. threw some spinners around and surprisingly caught a bunch of sunfish and a couple bass. gotta love the fork!
cloudy day but it was warm, perfect for fishing! caught 3 nice smallmouths, biggest was 3 lbs. used a crankbait and it was on fire! saw some other guys catch some too, had a great time out there.
