hey folks, fished boston harbor today & man it was a wet one. moderate rain off & on but we toughed it out. got on the water around 6 AM after a quick breakfast at the diner. used my trusty old spinning rod with a green gulp alive! shrimp—those things are magic. we jigged around some of the rocky spots, and i managed to catch a couple nice stripers, around 25 inches! released em after a quick pic. the bite was on and off with the rain, but i think the weather kept some people away so it was nice & quiet out there. got a bit chilly but the thrill of the catch kept me warm. packed up around noon, couldn’t feel my fingers but it was worth it. hope to get back out soon! tight lines everyone!
