hit the lake in the fog early this morn. it was eerily quiet! caught 2 solid bass, biggest being 6lbs. went with a spinner again, they were biting good in the shallows. fog rolled out after a while, great day!

another patchy rain day but got lucky! landed a really nice catfish about 4lbs. woulda done better if it wasn’t so off and on with the rain. still, had fun and saw a few deer near the shore!

was back out at bay springs on a cloudy day. caught 5 crappies and 2 nice bluegills! used my trusty green tube jigs, they seem to love them. water was calm, felt great to be out there.

wow today was wild! heavy rain and wind but i was determined. caught a nice 3lb bass before the storm hit hard. had to paddle back pretty quick! can’t believe i got that one in tho. what a thrill!

fished in patchy rain today, kinda chilly but worth it. only got one big bass, around 5lbs, on a spinnerbait. didn’t see much action otherwise tho. might try again when it's sunny!
