finally, sunny day at banks lake! ☀️ hit the water early and landed 4 nice bass, biggest was around 3 lbs. used a buzzbait near the lily pads. can’t beat that view with a cold drink in hand, what a perfect day!
little bit of rain today which was a bummer but fished anyway. caught a few decent crappies around 1-2 lbs. kept it simple with a jig and bobber setup. lake was nice n quiet, actually felt kinda cozy in the drizzle!
man, what a soggy outing today. heavy rains were relentless and my boots are soaked lol. still, got lucky with a fat 5 lb catfish. used some nightcrawlers on a bottom rig. gotta say, feeling pretty accomplished despite the rain!
fished banks again and wow, what a wet day. rain was on and off, barely got my gear dry. only managed to catch 1 little perch but hey, it's fishing right? plan to come back when the weather's better. hope those fish are hungry then!
oh man, went out today and it started raining lightly while we were on the lake 😩. we tough it out tho and ended up catching a couple small mouth bass. it was around 10 degrees but honestly didn't mind much. used a wacky rigged worm, little bit of patience paid off!
