ashland Fishing Report 2025

We had some short range trips online and were able to catch a good amount of school sized fish and 3 jumbo tuna! Including the First 2 cow tuna to come aboard the Polaris Supreme in 4 years!

INCREDIBLE YELLOWTAIL FISHING!!! SAN DIEGO on a wide open bite today. They brought in 108 Yellows & 25 Bonito for 22 anglers. PACIFIC VOYAGER on 3/4 trip landed 85 Yellowtail for 17 anglers. Wow!! Polaris Supreme Trip Update 07-28-2016 We finished up our trip today with some scratch yellowtail fishing all morning and then an afternoon of rock cod fishing, all in all a very successful day and trip. Thank you very much Mark Costello and fellow anglers for making it so. Were heading up in some beautiful weather and looking forward to our next group with Tom Chaparro and his limited load of only 18 anglers.We still have openings on our four-day trip after Tom's five day if you would like to come out fishing with us! We are hearing signs of yellowfin tuna that actually wants to bite. We are excited to give it a try here on Tom's trip. And no Mark Castillo group it's not the local stuff! "So far we've had very good fishing for our morning down at 134 miles." Mike went on, "So far we have a little over 54 Yellowfin, 15 or 18 Yellowtail and a handful of nice Dorado. Very, very nice weather. It looks like the weather is going to be nice the next few days.

Schools of bluefin where a little harder to come by yesterday fortunately we still where able to put together a day. 85 yellowtail 6-15 pounds 6 dorado and 3 bluefin.
