Polaris Supreme Trip Report 09-29-2018 Today is what I would call a book end day! We woke up in the dark to great fishing on yellowfin tuna and yellowtail. Midday scrounge around for virtually nothing. In the afternoon they started biting again and went into the dark! We should have just took naps from 10 in the morning until four in the afternoon! It was a great day of fishing. We had great weather all day and are looking forward to tomorrow. Wish us luck Team Supreme

Captain Ryan Bostian checked in this evening with an update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay, CA. Today we fished the Coronado Islands and we our 51 anglers caught 78 California Yellowtail and 46 California Barracuda. We had a couple good shots today.

Yesterday morning the fishing was great, but mid-day the fish went down. About 4pm we were back into some great action on the albacore and smaller grade blue fin. We also had some really nice hits on the yellowtail. Our weather yesterday and today is good. Today started slow with only a handful of albacore and bluefin. Hello everyone, Today we departed on our Hess 8 day charter. With a nice load of bait we are headed south. Our 8 day charter this year is a celebration of life and dedication to Shane Maynard who we lost September 13 and Bob Snyder who passed away may 30th both were the type of friend everyone should be: fun, honest, generous, and humble. Neither wanted to be the center of attention, but always the rock, dependable, reliable, solid. Both loved our trip as a highlight of the year. Part of them will always be on the Supreme. Sadly missed but never forgotten. Our love to Shelly and Diane. Will report again tomorrow, Team Supreme

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 08-03-2016 Today we started our first full day of fishing on our annual Hampton four day. We started the morning fishing the beach in search of Yellowtail. Conditions were tough and we opted to head off shore and search the warm blue waters for a nice kelp or a biting school of tuna. We managed to find some nice kelps, with little on them. We managed to some playground grade Yellows and Dorado, but fortunately for them they were all thrown back so we may be able to catch them next year. However we did catch a few adults among the babies, they were a welcome addition to our frigid RSW fish hold. Over all a tough day with fish few and far between. We are making a move south tonight to put us in position for tuna and yellowtail fishing tomorrow morning. Wish us luck, The Supreme Team

Friday 2-day trip July 6

Good Morning Anglers!

I've been keeping in touch with Art on the Searcher the last three days. He's been fishing bluefin at 160 miles on his four day trip with great success! Sunday with over 100 bluefin. Monday he had 55 bluefin. That day another boat fished with him traveling down and got 80 bluefin. This morning at 8:00 the Searcher already had 15 bluefin.

The grade of this fish is 20-30 lbs. and occasionally somebody gets on the 90 lb. grade. So don't forget a 50lb. 2-speed reel for that class.

We offer free loaner gear if you need it. Their weather has been good.

The weather forecast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday is 5-10 knots. You can follow the weather on Passageweather.com. Also a big bonus on Saturday will be our Sportfishing Association spotter plane to put us on kelps and schools of bluefin. The *POLARIS SUPREME* two day trip departing this Friday at 1pm in the afternoon is set up to target this fish at that distance. We will be able to fish Saturday from the crack, 5am till dark, 8pm. Thus having a full day in this area and returning at 11am on Sunday.

Polaris Supreme Trip Report 08-11-2016 Hello Everyone, Today we departed on our annual Ron Heil 5 day. The longest running charter on the Polaris Supreme! We are excited and proud to keep the tradition going. We cleared the point today at 1 pm headed south in search of fish willing and eager to bite. We will be in the zone tomorrow.
