Builder Harold Davis of Davis Boats in Paso Robles was fixing to leave on the Polaris Supreme.
"We're building and selling more diesels in our larger boats these days," he remarked. "We're making more pilot house models, especially. Even down here, it's nice to be able to get in out of the weather. It takes away the cold and the wet." Davis was just back from "Salmon Getaway Weekend,"at Bodega Bay.

We had some short range trips online and were able to catch a good amount of school sized fish and 3 jumbo tuna! Including the First 2 cow tuna to come aboard the Polaris Supreme in 4 years!

83 years of good living paid off for San Diego regular Al Kish with this Limit of quality Bluefin. We landed 10 bluefin. 8 at 70 lbs 1 at 85 lbs and 1 at 130.

Hello Everyone, Today spent the morning catching some great premium Yellowtail with some Bluefin mixed in. The second half of the day was spent searching for larger grade Bluefin Tuna. We eventually found an area of larger fish. Ranging in size from 50-130lbs. We managed to land 2 in the 60 lb class. Nice to see that there are still larger ones around. We are in tomorrow and out again for 3. Will Report again tomorrow, Team Supreme

Today was mainly a travel day. We have a strong current working against us so we only had time for a couple drifts. However we did manage to land some 15 lb Yellowtail bottom fish. Our ETA for tomorrow is 530 to the dock.

54 passengers 6 yellowtail 80 calico bass 56 barracuda. Great summertime action taking place at the Coronado islands right now. Yellowtail are always the target species this time of year. However, almost every spot that we try to catch yellowtail at also has calico bass and barracuda. It would be a good idea to bring a 15 lb. bass rod along with your yellowtail gear.

We are going to run an open party limited load trip on Sunday March 2nd. The trip will cost $130 and will depart at 9pm on the night of the 1st. If you are interested in going we will be looking for squid and targeting seabass in the morning before trying to fill our limits with tasty rockfish. Hello everyone, Today we spent the day tuna fishing. It was very difficult at times, weeding through all the skip jack and small tuna. However our efforts paid off when every once in a while with a nice yellowfin. Throughout the day we were able to scrape up a great catch of yellowfin tuna. We know there is Wahoo around and we will be trying for them tomorrow. Wish us luck, Team Supreme
