man, what a day at sporting life! we hit the water early around 8am, it was chilly but not too bad, like 12Β°C or something. had that patchy rain comin' down but we didn’t let it stop us. i was using a light rod with a fluorocarbon leader and some soft plastics, pretty sure they were 4 inch minnow imitations. caught a couple of nice snapper, like around 2-3 kg each. the wind was a bit crazy, got up to 23.8 km/h at times, but it just added to the thrill! we stayed till sunset (5:14pm) and honestly, those colors were insane. can’t wait to get back out there!
