Today we had about 7-10 wahoo and several tuna. Four nice ones around 170 lbs., and some smaller ones (many released) 50-60 lbs. We lost 4 nice ones, 2 thought to be over 200 lbs. The guys are pretty tired putting in 36 hours of fishing time. Most only had 3-4 hours of sleep.

Had a great morning bite this morning! We did so well that we decided to take a scenic tour of the island to give the people a look. Tomorrow we may try for tuna but we will also try to mix it up with some yellowtail!

Hey guys Ryan from the San Diego here! Today we went out with 25 passengers and caught 15 yellowtail. The style of fishing we are doing right now is a lot like offshore fishing. Lots of driving and looking. Our crew has been burning there eyes all day in the binoculars. Those who have patience and are willing to put in the work have been rewarded with a very large yellowtail. In the past 4 days we have caught 5 fish over 30 lbs. Our bites have been coming on both yo-yo and surface lures. Grab some fresh 40lb. mono and come on down .

Captain Mike Pritchard called in with a wrap-up from the Tribute's overnight trip today. We had 18 Bluefin Tuna and 16 yellowtail. We did have one Jumbo Bluefin at 70 pounds. Mike Pritchard called in with this report for the Tribute. "We are wrapping up our 2 Day Western Outdoor News trip. We had absolutely fabulous fishing. We ended up with limits of Yellowtail, 151 Yellowfin tuna, 7 Bluefin tuna, a dozen Dorado and some Skipjack. The fishing was good the wether was flat and calm.
"It's a good time to get on a boat. We are departing tomorrow on a 3.5 Day trip that is sold out. There is space available on other trips give Seaforth Sportfishing a call at 619-224-3383."
