Here is a good look at one of today’s schools doing its best to look like a ball of bait. Our Evringham bros. sardines were too much for them to handle and the frenzy was on. 75 yellowtail. 25 calico bass. 23 Barracuda. Very good surface action.

Capt. Jodie called in with this trip announcement for the Apollo. "We have an overnight trip leaving from Sea Landing this Saturday night, fishing on Sunday. The cost is $145, we will be targeting White Seabass. If you are interested in this trip give me qa call at 805-963-3564.

Weather report was a bit off for our first trip of 2021. Spent the day on the anchor in manageable depths. Plenty of fish fillet for all. No sign of yellowtail, yet !

6 Bluefin Tuna and 8 Yellowtail. Amazing opportunity to catch a fish of a lifetime. Trips are $175 per person(starting Monday) and limited to 44 pass. Please bring a 25 lb bait rod, a 40 or 50 lb bait rod and a flatfall outfit. No passport required.

Captain Ryan Bostian called in this evening with an update from the Coronado Islands. We had 94 Yellowtail today. The fishing was very good. Come on down to Seaforth and get on the San Diego. Good evening everyone, Today we did some inshore fishing. Conditions were not favorable, not a lot of current left the fish very unwilling. However were able to scratch together a day of nice rockfish, Sheepshead, and a variety of other fish. Including the inshore trifectra: Yellowtail, Halibut, and White Seabass! A nice day to get out of the weather! We are headed back down to try for big bluefin tomorrow! Wish us luck, Team Supreme

 Once again, we left today, Friday to spend our weekend on the sea.  For 1.5 days.  Friday-Sunday.  We have bait, and we're headed out.  One big tank of chovy, and 2 tanks of dine.  We're hoping to put them to good use.  We're headed out.  I feel OK about leaving my daught for her first dress up Halloween.  I got to see her in her lady bug costume and try and trick or treat it up at my wifes work.  So here we go.
